With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, In recent years, I came across Roblox through my children, who enjoy playing it. Wanting to connect with them and help them learn, I decided to start learning Roblox development myself. I believe Roblox offers a great introduction to programming, as Lua is simple but still teaches important coding concepts.
